All in camera... no really!
[edit] To answer a few questions... 1) What the heck am i looking at? This is the China Overseas Plaza building in CBD (Central Business District) Beijing. 2) Is it really a photo?? Yup. At night the building has colored lights between the floors. I put the camera on a tripod, gave it 1 sec exposure, 4.0 aperture and manually zoomed in with the lens. 3) You made it look extra funky in photoshop right? Nope, this is 100% out of camera, re sized and uploaded. 4) Can i have a wallpaper? Sure. If you want a download, i have various wallpaper versions in my gallery. thanks for all your support and faves. Daily DeviationGiven 2009-07-07CBD75 by *thinking-fish is a super graphic abstract photograph that takes advantage of shutter speed and other in-camera settings to achieve a unique view of the urban landscape. But that's just my interpretation ;) The beautiful thing about abstraction is that it can open your mind and lead it on countless paths of exploration. There's a building I walked past this evening, it has these rainbow lights on the outside that divide the floors. I stuck my tripod in front of it and with a 2 second exposure manually zoomed into it.
